RETURNS

We gladly accept product returns, provided that the item is new, unused, and returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to you.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all original tags and accessories intact. Please ensure the item you are returning includes the product care card and its packaging (such as box, dust bag, strap, etc.) in its original condition. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return or process a full refund.

The responsibility for ensuring the return of the product to us lies entirely with the customer. Once we have received your returned product, it may take 3-5 business days to process your refund, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation once this process is completed. The refund will be made to the payment method originally used for the purchase. After we have received and processed your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.
